Step 1: Discovery

Understanding your goals and vision will help us in determining the right location, type of dwelling and all of the key attributes which will help us in designing or chosing the dream home for you.

Step 2: Pre Construction Planning

Evaluating floor plans, quotations, pricing, timelines and any other construction related goals will be brought to the table in Step 2. This is the final stage before we break ground on your dream home.

Step 3: Breaking Ground

Backed by our Tarion certification and guarantees, your home will be built using the most highly skilled tradespeople and employees. Quality comes first, not quantity, at Hunt Custom Homes.

Step 4: Moving In

Following your Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) where we will inspect every square inch of the house to ensure your satisfaction, the keys to your beautiful investment will be handed over with great pride and appreciation.

Step 5: After Sales Support

As with any product or service, we aren’t perfect. However the manner in which we address your question or concerns is what will help form our lasting relationship. At Hunt Custom Homes, we are well aware that this is the most important step to ensuring a satisfied customer, which at the end of the day, will make all of us happy.
